The Placement Cell takes care of in-plant training and apprentice training along with placement activities. The cell helps the students to develop contact with the companies while undergoing on the job training and doing their project work and for final placement in reputed industries and organizations. The Training and Placement Cell at IAMR provides personal and career-related support to its students. Step 1

Student training starts from the first year with basic communication skills through various activities. It helps to motivate the students and to improve their communication and presentation skills. The self-confidence they gain from these activities is the hallmark of any student graduating from IAMR, which is a top ranking university in India.

Step 2

The training in the second year focuses upon quantitative and verbal aptitude that continues till the end of the programme to create a holistic personality of the student.Students should study the company profile online and decide if they are interested in participating in a particular recruitment process.

Step 3

The third-year students or the final-year students, as per their choice of course, get a chance to participate in group discussions and mock interviews. The training is conducted during the summer holidays and repeated before they face the final interviews.
